If you didn't have a chance to stop by and pre-order your video, just contact us! We probably taped you anyway. Try and have as much information as possible when contacting us. Information such as your rider number, class you were in and a brief derscription of you and your horse are extremely helpful. Our records are organized by the event's date, and your rider number as you participated in the show. Don't have your rider number? The class you were in will help too. The less info we have, the harder it is to find you in the hours of video we shoot. And boy do we have lots of video!
Looking for video from a show we covered a year ago? TWO years ago? Longer? We keep our raw video until we start running out of room in our storage library. We literally have years worth of video of the events we've covered. Even if you didn't order before, if we were at the event, chances are we taped you. To find you in our archive, we'll need some info. Contact us and we'll let you know what we'll need.
Oh, and if you've ordered from Precision Equine before, we keep a copy of your final project for an even longer period of time.
